What is your No. 1 tip for a military spouse on the hunt for a job?
Don’t give up and make sure all things on your resume are up to date.
How do you feel about failure?
No one likes failure, but sometimes it happens. You just have to get up and push forward.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced while trying to maintain a career while living the military lifestyle?
Moving so much. A lot of places don’t want to invest in a military spouse knowing that nothing is ever permanent.
What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
Never let someone tell you that you can’t do something.
Who is in your support squad and what role do they play in supporting your career?
My husband. He supports everything I do. I am also his biggest supporter.
Do you and your spouse or partner split household tasks?
Yes, every Saturday we clean the whole house together as we listen to music.
